Balance Fall Prevention

We will provide exercise and training program designed to improve your balance, muscle strength, and mobility to avoid a fall. We work with you one-on-one on static & dynamic standing balance exercises/training to make sure you feel confident and steady with your balance.  We focus on increasing the safety of your everyday tasks to avoid a fall, prevent from falling again,  reduce the risk of broken bones and possible hospitalization or surgery.
